JECC is a child-focused and family-centered agency that was incorporated in July of 2004. The agency’s core philosophy is that everyone is equipped with innate gifts and talents that will enable them to achieve their purpose in life.

JECC Philosophy
JECC’s staff work from a strength based perspective recognizing the potential in everyone. Comprehensive and relevant services are provided based on the client’s partnership and desired outcomes. The client’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health; along with their community context, are paramount in understanding the needs of the client and working towards resolutions. A crisis is viewed as a teachable moment and “one size” does not fit all; interventions are tailored to meet the individual needs of all who are served.
